I've found that Jersey parkers (and drivers) aren't actually that terrible. Most of the time. However I've also found that handicapped cars are usually pretty bad at parking.

#JerseyStrong, yo.

This Lexus, the Acura RSX, and E90 328i are the most Jersey cars ever, IMO.

It did have a tag BUT the driver who got out of the car showed no visible disability in their rush to get into the bank

It’s amazing how abused handicap placards are, particularly in Jersey. My mother now needs to use handicapped parking, and 9 times out of ten, wherever I go, they’re always full. And we’re talking places that might have 15 handicapped spots. Yet in my travels around the store, my mother is the only one I see in the entire store in a wheelchair. Hell I don’t even see people with canes.
